Perk comes to mind every time I see this cabinet.

The homemade vintage cabinet is in good condition. Please note, there are quirks with this unit… 2 legs on the left side slightly wobble; the bottom of the drawer is made of fiberboard; the positioning of the cabinet handles do not line up; and, it’s a little wonky when opening and closing the top drawer.

On the flip side… it remains structurally sound, stable and sturdy when items are stored in and on top of the unit; the cabinet doors slide easily; when the top drawer is closed, it lines up flush with the rest of the front facing; and, this unit could serve an array of functions (bar unit, bookcase, entry way console catchall…).
